TRIMSPA, with the help of famous spokesperson Anna Nicole Smith, touts the slogan—“Be Envied.” Before making your friends envious, let’s take a closer look at two TRIMSPA weight loss products: X32 and Ultra.


TRIMSPA X32 Diet Pill

TRIMSPA X32 diet supplement was designed to purportedly “help achieve a sexier you…” The sexy-proclaiming weight loss pills are a blend of the following ingredients:

• Hoodia gordonii to suppress appetite
• Glucosamine to control blood sugar
• Green tea extract to boost metabolism
• Cocoa extract to reduce fluid retention
• Citrus narigin to suppress appetite
• Chromium chelavite to control blood sugar and carb cravings
• Vanadium to suppress appetite
• Glucomannan to suppress appetite

TRIMSPA X32’s large list of ingredients tackles weight loss from multiple angles by controlling appetite and blood sugar, along with getting rid of some excess water weight. But, with more ingredients, comes more side effects.

If you don’t drink enough water with your four pills a day, the tablets may swell and cause choking. There is also the possibility of chest pain, vomiting, and difficulty breathing. The glucosamine in X32 is derived from shellfish and could cause problems if you are allergic to shellfish. Also, green tea contains caffeine, so if you are caffeine sensitive this product might not be for you.

The most interesting statement made by TRIMSPA is as follows:

“Average results from an 8 week, statistically significant, double-blind, placebo controlled study as opposed to just the 'best of the best' (outliers) results, were 6.61 pounds of weight loss with diet, exercise and TRIMSPA X32 and 3.36 pounds with diet & exercise alone.”

Basically, TRIMSPA's non-FDA monitored weight loss study found, on average, people lost 3.25 pounds more in 8 weeks with X32 than with diet and exercise alone. Results vary from person to person, so it could be a bit more or less.

TRIMSPA X32 costs $26 - $46 per month. (Check current Trimspa prices at Amazon.) Therefore, those 3.25 pounds in 8 weeks can cost as much as $92, or more than $28 per pound.


TRIMSPA Ultra Diet Pill

TRIMSPA Ultra is similar to X32, except Ultra contains grapefruit extract and fewer ingredients. The ingredients Ultra diet pill shares in common with X32 are:

• Hoodia gordonii to suppress appetite
• Green tea extract to boost metabolism
• Glucosamine to control blood sugar
• Citrus narigin to suppress appetite

Ultra doesn’t carry the same warning as X32 about difficulty swallowing or breathing, chest pain, and vomiting, but the other side effects are the same. TRIMSPA recommends taking 3 pills per day which adds up to $20 - $40 per month. (Check current Trimspa prices at Amazon.)
